This is an exciting time in your home buying journey, and we understand it can also be a confusing one, especially if you are new to purchasing of the plan. Within the pack you will find an outline of the settlement process complete with indicative dates, information on your purchaser inspections and valuation inspections, FAQ’s and ULTIQA benefits and indicative returns. We recommend you read the Settlement Pack in its entirety.

Signature Broadbeach Update - June 2022

16TH JUNE 2022

We are happy to report that the rain has eased and construction has progressed well in the past month with passenger lifts installed to level 30, facade glazing complete to level 32 and all levels up to level 28 fully plastered and joinery installed.

20TH MAY 2022

We are very pleased to advise that Signature Broadbeach has now officially ‘topped out’, meaning that the roof of the building has been fully constructed. This is a significant milestone in the project and one that moves us into the final stage of construction being the ongoing fit out of apartments and common areas. We have already made significant progress on the internal fit out, with all levels up to level 21 fully plastered and joinery installed.

As the anticipated completion approaches over the coming months we will look to provide you with as much useful information as possible to ensure a smooth journey towards settlement and occupation.
