Signature Broadbeach Update – May 2022

We are very pleased to advise that Signature Broadbeach has now officially ‘topped out’, meaning that the roof of the building has been fully constructed. This is a significant milestone in the project and one that moves us into the final stage of construction being the ongoing fit out of apartments and common areas. We have already made significant progress on the internal fit out, with all levels up to level 21 fully plastered and joinery installed.
The Gold Coast has experienced extremely challenging weather conditions so far this year already receiving 1,300mm of rainfall, being 200mm more than the yearly average. These conditions have created further delays beyond anyone’s control, however, with the final pour now complete we are looking forward to sealing up the building and removing the crane and hoist to reduce our exposure to weather related delays.
As noted above, the builder has advised us that predominately due to the abovementioned weather issues Signature Broadbeach is further delayed and now due for completion and settlement in late October for Levels 1-33 and mid-late November for Levels 34-35.We appreciate that this is frustrating for all involved, and we assure you we are doing everything we can to deliver your apartment as soon as possible. We are confident that once the building is weatherproofed the program will move smoothly to completion.
We would like to inform you that we have engaged Pezet Matheson as settlement managers for Signature Broadbeach. Pezet Matheson (formally KM Sales and Marketing) managed the sales process for the project and have an intimate knowledge of the entire development and decades of experience in the Gold Coast property market.

BUILDING MANAGEMENT – ULTIQA
The building manager, ULTIQA, is currently in the process of contacting purchasers who have previously expressed interest in having their apartment professionally managed.
