Signature Broadbeach Update – June 2022

We are happy to report that the rain has eased and construction has progressed well in the past month with passenger lifts installed to level 30, facade glazing complete to level 32 and all levels up to level 28 fully plastered and joinery installed.

CONSTRUCTION AND PROGRAM UPDATE

Level 4 amenity is progressing well with 60% of the installation of wall and floor finishes completed. The pool has been formed and is ready for tiling and the timber lining to the sauna is complete.

There has been no movement in the program timeline provided in May’s update.  Levels 1-33 remain due for completion and settlement in late October. Levels 34-35 remain due for completion and settlement in mid-late November.

 

WINDOW FURNISHINGS – LOVELIGHT

Order prior to 30 June 2022 to receive a 15% discount and installation prior to settlement.

As mentioned in previous updates, we have engaged Lovelight, an industry leading window furnishing provider who have put together four window furnishing packages to suit your Signature Broadbeach residence and your lifestyle.

If you have entered into a management agreement with ULTIQA you would have already received the Premium Designer window furnishing package together with your complimentary furniture package, you do not need to do anything further.

There are a limited number of complimentary window furnishing and furniture packages remaining (value approx. $42k for a 2 bedroom unit) so should you be considering management by ULTIQA, we would recommend speaking to Sue Fairweather or Scott Carlin at ULTIQA via email at manager@ultiqasignature.com.au as soon as possible as the cut-off date for window furnishings is 30 June 2022.

If you do not intend to have your property managed or are not in a position to commit to management by ULTIQA by 30 June 2022, however you would like to take advantage of the Lovelight window furnishings packages, please follow the below steps by no later than 30 June 2022 in order to ensure installation prior to settlement:
