Signature Broadbeach Construction and settlement Update

We are pleased to report that over the past couple of weeks, Icon has made good progress with the following works currently being undertaken on-site.

• Streetscape works well underway including the new footpaths and planting of the Norfolk Pine trees
• 50 meter infinity edge pool and spa has now been completed and filled
• Gym equipment is currently being installed
• Cleaners are making their way up the building for final apartment cleans and external window cleaning is underway

We will share a collection of recent images on the Signature Broadbeach app. 

Icon has advised of some delays, particularly to the landscaped lawn area on Level 4 and some of the upper floor units, however, in order to get the majority of purchasers into their apartments as soon as possible we will look to undertake a staged completion process.

We are still expecting to call for settlement for the majority of the units within Levels 5-33 late this week, with settlements to occur 14 days later. There may however, be an opportunity for some levels to settle within the 14 day period.  We will make contact with those owners in due course.

As soon as we are able to call for settlement, our project lawyers will provide formal notification to your legal representative calling for settlement in accordance with the terms of the Contract of Sale.
