COMPLETION AND SETTLEMENT UPDATE

As we prepare for completion of Signature Broadbeach, the development team has been working closely with Icon and ULTIQA to provide you with your apartment as soon as possible.

Icon have reported making good progress on-site over the last month and if progress continues on program, we are expecting to call for settlement for the majority of the units in Levels 5-33 the week beginning 21st November 2022, with settlements to occur 14 days later.

We appreciate that this is a challenging time in the lead up to the Christmas break and understand you are keen to take possession of your new apartment as soon as possible. We are working very closely with Icon and we will advise you immediately should there be any material changes to these indicative settlement timeframes.

BUILDING MANAGER UPDATE

The Building Manager, ULTIQA will be in contact with owners over the coming weeks to introduce Scott Carlin, the on-site manager and provide further logistical information including details of Building Link, the building management platform that will be used to book a lift for your move-in once settlement occurs. Building Link is also used to book amenities such as the private dining room and the movie theatre.

For those purchasers who are entering into a management agreement with ULTIQA , there will be a further update provided in due course as to when your unit will be available for letting, based on furniture installations.
