We are pleased to advise significant progress has been made over the past month with the removal of the tower crane and hoist (builders lift). Passenger lifts are now installed and operational, façade glazing complete and all levels up to 30 are fully plastered with joinery installed.

Level 4 amenity and lobby continues to progress well, and we have commenced streetscape works.

Program remains on track with Levels 1-33 due for completion and settlement in mid to late October and Levels 34-35 due for completion and settlement in early to mid November.


As we are move closer to settlement, we would like to ensure you are aware of the settlement process. We will shortly distribute via the Signature Broadbeach App a Settlement Pack which will clearly outline each step from now until settlement.

A letter should have been received by your solicitor advising that the first Community Management Statement and the Survey Plan have been lodged with Council. We expect that these documents will be lodged with the Titles Office in 4-6 weeks.

Please note that with settlement fast approaching, you should be well on your way to finalising your finance arrangements.


To ensure you have sufficient time to make arrangements to attend your purchaser inspection we will advise you of your inspection time during the week via a calendar invitation in your Signature Broadbeach App.  The Purchaser inspections will be conducted throughout late September to early October.

Please be aware we have to adhere to strict site guidelines while conducting purchaser inspections as it remains a live construction site, therefore, we may not have flexibility for purchaser time and date requests. We will however try to accommodate where possible. Guidelines will be provided with your invitation and within the Settlement Pack.


The Signature Broadbeach App will be our main source of contact until settlement, therefore, we highly recommend you downloading the app via the link in the email you would have received earlier this month.  If you are having trouble accessing the app, if you have not received the invitation or if you choose not to download, please contact your settlement agent or email so we can ensure you receive the relevant information.

As we prepare for completion of Signature Broadbeach, the development team has been working closely with Icon and ULTIQA to provide you with your apartment as soon as possible.

Icon have reported making good progress on-site over the last month and if progress continues on program, we are expecting to call for settlement for the majority of the units in Levels 5-33 the week beginning 21st November 2022, with settlements to occur 14 days later.

We are writing to provide an update on the impending completion and settlement of Signature Broadbeach.

Whilst our previous communications indicated a late October completion date, we unfortunately have recently been advised by Icon that there will be a slight delay in completion, and we are now expecting to call for settlements in mid November for Levels 5 – 33 and late November to early December for Levels 34 and 35.
