SIGNATURE BROADBEACH UPDATE – JULY 2022

We have maintained good productivity on site throughout June with the final piece of structure being placed on the rooftop and the dismantling of the crane to be completed by the end of the week. These are both significant milestones as we move towards completion.

Passenger lifts have now been installed to level 35, facade glazing is complete to level 34 and all levels up to level 26 are fully plastered with joinery installed.

The Level 4 amenities are progressing well with the wall, floor and ceiling finishes, pool tiling and landscape planting all significantly advanced.

There has been no movement in the program timeline provided in May’s update and Levels 1-33 remain due for completion and settlement in late October and Levels 34-35 due for completion and settlement in mid November.

WINDOW FURNISHINGS – LOVELIGHT

As per our previous correspondence, the deadline for window installation prior to settlement has now passed however, you are still able to order your windows and blinds through Lovelight using the link in the previous update or alternatively by contacting Josh on josh@lovelight.com.au or 1300 763 171 however installation pre-settlement will not occur.

SIGNATURE BROADBEACH SETTLEMENT APP

To ensure a smooth management of the settlement process, Pezet Matheson (settlement agents) will be implementing a Signature Broadbeach app which will allow you to have quick and easy access to any relevant links or documents, direct live messaging with your settlement agent and much more. We will send out a separate correspondence later in the month with instructions and guides to this application.

ULTIQA MANAGEMENT

Should you be considering management by ULTIQA, they have advised that due to procurement timeframes the complimentary furniture packages (RRP $33k – $46k) need to be ordered by 31st July to ensure delivery by Christmas. This will allow you to take full advantage of the peak holiday season. Therefore, should you be considering management we recommend you reach out to Scott Carlin at manager@ultiqasignature.com.au to ensure you don’t miss the cut off date. Please further note that management by ULTIQA also allows you to use your apartment whenever you choose.

COMPLETION AND SETTLEMENT UPDATE

As we prepare for completion of Signature Broadbeach, the development team has been working closely with Icon and ULTIQA to provide you with your apartment as soon as possible.

Icon have reported making good progress on-site over the last month and if progress continues on program, we are expecting to call for settlement for the majority of the units in Levels 5-33 the week beginning 21st November 2022, with settlements to occur 14 days later.

COMPLETION AND SETTLEMENT UPDATE

We are writing to provide an update on the impending completion and settlement of Signature Broadbeach.

Whilst our previous communications indicated a late October completion date, we unfortunately have recently been advised by Icon that there will be a slight delay in completion, and we are now expecting to call for settlements in mid November for Levels 5 – 33 and late November to early December for Levels 34 and 35.
