Signature Broadbeach – September 2018 Project News

27TH SEPTEMBER 2018

The team at Signature Broadbeach is thrilled to announce that demolition is set to commence on site next month.

If you’re in the local area, you may have seen temporary hoarding erected on what was previously the Broadbeach Central Holiday Units building, in preparation for the demolition contractor to take possession of the site.

In the coming weeks, our contractor will commence stripping out the interiors before bringing the walls and structure down.

We are excited to continue to share demolition news and project announcements as we move through the construction journey.

ONGOING COMMUNICATION

Throughout the course of the development, we will keep in regular contact with you, providing updates on demolition, construction and settlement, advising you on how you can best be prepared for each phase.

All updates will also be hosted on the Signature Broadbeach website.

We are happy to report that the rain has eased and construction has progressed well in the past month with passenger lifts installed to level 30, facade glazing complete to level 32 and all levels up to level 28 fully plastered and joinery installed.

20TH MAY 2022

We are very pleased to advise that Signature Broadbeach has now officially ‘topped out’, meaning that the roof of the building has been fully constructed. This is a significant milestone in the project and one that moves us into the final stage of construction being the ongoing fit out of apartments and common areas. We have already made significant progress on the internal fit out, with all levels up to level 21 fully plastered and joinery installed.
