Program Update – March 2022

Following on from our February Construction Update which was based on available information and advice at the time, we have recently been informed that there has been a change to the project completion timeline.

Whilst we are extremely pleased with the quality and overall progress of the Signature Broadbeach project, unfortunately we must inform you that following a recent review, ICON Constructions (builder) has advised the Construction Program has been delayed.

The revised anticipated completion of Signature Broadbeach will be 3rd quarter of 2022. This delay is due to a combination of COVID-19 impacts (including reduced labour due to illness, supply issues and State Government Orders), and poor weather conditions over the past 2-3 months.

We are working very closely with ICON to try to minimise the delay and apologise for any inconvenience caused. We assure you the team is doing everything they can to deliver your apartment as quickly as possible and to the highest quality.

On a positive note, ICON has advised that the Concrete Structure will ‘top off’ / complete in the coming weeks with the tower crane to come down in the weeks following. This is a significant milestone for the Project as we move into the final stages.

To ensure you are fully informed throughout the remainder of the project and can prepare for settlement, we will continue to communicate with you regularly. There will also be information regarding letting opportunities, furniture packages and blind/curtain packages which will be communicated soon.

We once again apologise for the delay and for any inconvenience this has caused.
