Construction Update – November 2021

3RD NOVEMBER 2021

We are pleased to advise construction at Signature is progressing well. Please click here for an assortment of construction images.

The Level 27 concrete floor slab is now complete with the stair core and lift jumpform currently at Levels 30 and 31 respectively. The final tower crane jump is anticipated to occur this month.

Facade glazing installation is now complete to level 20 and there is an average of 200 workers on site daily.

Joinery has been installed on levels 5 to 9; while internal tiling, painting, electrical installation and plumbing fixture installation is all underway.

Level 4 amenities area fitout is still progressing well with the swimming pool inner shell construction now underway.

Signature remains on schedule for completion in the first half of 2022.

At this stage, COVID-19 has not meaningfully delayed our program, we will continue to keep our you updated should this change.

We are happy to report that the rain has eased and construction has progressed well in the past month with passenger lifts installed to level 30, facade glazing complete to level 32 and all levels up to level 28 fully plastered and joinery installed.

20TH MAY 2022

We are very pleased to advise that Signature Broadbeach has now officially ‘topped out’, meaning that the roof of the building has been fully constructed. This is a significant milestone in the project and one that moves us into the final stage of construction being the ongoing fit out of apartments and common areas. We have already made significant progress on the internal fit out, with all levels up to level 21 fully plastered and joinery installed.
