Construction Update – February 2022

9TH FEBRUARY 2022

We are pleased to advise construction at Signature is progressing well. Please click here for an assortment of construction images.

The final tower crane jump has been completed, and the level 33 floor slab is currently being formed. The lift and stair core is now located at roof level.

Facade glazing installation is complete to level 29 and there is an average of 230 workers on site daily.

Level 1 & 4 common area fit-outs are now well progressed.

Signature remains on schedule for completion towards the end of the first half of 2022.

At this stage, COVID-19 has not had a significant effect on our program, we will continue to keep you updated should this change.

We are happy to report that the rain has eased and construction has progressed well in the past month with passenger lifts installed to level 30, facade glazing complete to level 32 and all levels up to level 28 fully plastered and joinery installed.

20TH MAY 2022

We are very pleased to advise that Signature Broadbeach has now officially ‘topped out’, meaning that the roof of the building has been fully constructed. This is a significant milestone in the project and one that moves us into the final stage of construction being the ongoing fit out of apartments and common areas. We have already made significant progress on the internal fit out, with all levels up to level 21 fully plastered and joinery installed.
