We continue to monitor the possible impacts of COVID-19 on our construction program, however, at this stage our program has not been affected and we will continue to keep our purchasers updated should that changes.

Completion at Signature is anticipated for the first half of 2022.

We are happy to report that the rain has eased and construction has progressed well in the past month with passenger lifts installed to level 30, facade glazing complete to level 32 and all levels up to level 28 fully plastered and joinery installed.

20TH MAY 2022

We are very pleased to advise that Signature Broadbeach has now officially ‘topped out’, meaning that the roof of the building has been fully constructed. This is a significant milestone in the project and one that moves us into the final stage of construction being the ongoing fit out of apartments and common areas. We have already made significant progress on the internal fit out, with all levels up to level 21 fully plastered and joinery installed.
