Construction to commence on Little Projects’ $210 million Queensland project

Little Projects has today announced its $210 million Signature Broadbeach development is set to commence construction in coming weeks.

Since its launch in 2018, Signature Broadbeach has sold over 60 per cent of apartments, and is one of the strongest selling projects on the Gold Coast.

An exciting design collaboration between Rothelowman and SJB Interiors, Signature Broadbeach features a mirror-like facade with every apartment oriented towards the ocean in order to maximise views. Within the building SJB Interiors has created a serene environment, with highly considered interiors complemented by natural materials including timber and stone.

The build has been awarded to Icon Queensland, who have a wide ranging portfolio of projects including the Department of Defence redevelopment at Amberley and several large residential projects in Brisbane currently under construction.

Located in the quiet street of Philip Avenue just minutes from patrolled surf beaches, Signature Broadbeach is within close walking distance to the renowned Oracle dining and retail precinct, Star Casino and Pacific Fair Shopping Centre.

Signature Broadbeach will comprise 245 apartments upon completion, with many buyers opting to combine apartments to make large, ocean-facing homes, whilst many local and interstate investors have seen Signature Broadbeach as a great lifestyle investment given the attractive investment returns available.

The construction of Signature Broadbeach will create 400 construction jobs  and is slated for completion in 2021. One, two, and three-bedroom ocean view residences are available, starting at $469,000.

This is a significant milestone in the project and one that moves us into the final stage of construction being the ongoing fit out of apartments and common areas.
